Pole Pursuits has been teaching Pole Dancing in Aberdeen since March 2008. Taster classes are now being held : EVERY Tuesday & Thursday at 6.30pm at: Transition Extreme Sports Limited You can pick a day, get in contact and come along. The cost of a Taster Lesson for one hour at Transition is £7.50 so it is very competitively priced and flexible in comparison to others. Pole Pursuits offers different styles of class ranging from purely fitness to learning as a show-piece routine. The Taster gives you the basics in the form of Joins, Spins and Poses and then you go from there developing strength, tone, flexibility and co-ordination. When I started I was average and from doing it I am more flexible than ever so you do not need to be a fit person to start Pole Dancing. You will get fit from it. Pole Pursuits also does Party Bookings and Private Classes too for individuals or friend groups if you are conscious of learning in front of others or generally in a public environment.
