Welcome to Pole Pursuits

Our Pole Classes are a great way to keep fit using a mixture of dance and gymnastics. With regular participation pole classes will increase your core and upper body strength, muscle tone, flexibility, co-ordination and much more.

 

We provide a variety of classes from dance routine classes to Pole Circuits where you use the pole as a work out prop along with floor exercises. There are also our main progression classes where you work your way through Beginner to Advanced level at your own pace. The emphasis in our classes is on dance and exercise rather than exotic dancing.

 

We believe pole dancing to be a performing art that should have as much respect as any other dance style or fitness discipline.
